The team here at Harewood Panel and Paint hope you and your family are keeping safe doing this time we are in lockdown. We wanted to keep you up to date with how we can help you during these times and have some questions and answers for you below and hope they will help.
Q. Do I have to make an appointment for an assessment?
A. YES. You must make an appointment as there will be no entry to the office. When you arrive please call the office and we will send an estimator out to do the assessment which will take no longer than 10 minutes .
Q. Do you have loan cars?
A. YES. We have 20 loan cars and they will all be sanitised before pick up by you. Our loan cars all have a full tank of fuel and we ask you to return them full please, these must be booked in advance.
Q. Can you pick up my car?
A. YES. We can pick up and drop off your vehicle if required (There will be a small charge if you live more than 5km away).
Q. Will my car be sanitised before I pick it up?
A. YES. When we groom your car before you pick it up it will be thoroughly sanitised.
Q. Do you have contactless payment (PayWave)?
A. YES. We do, but our preferred payment at this time is direct credit. We will email you an invoice with our bank account details for you to pay online. We ask you you put the invoice number as reference.
Q. Do I have to clean my car before I drop it off?
A. YES. Please give your car a quick clean, clean your boot and remove personal items.
